The Letter B

A letter can hold a name, a connection, a memory.

In this ring, the initial B takes shape in a calligraphic design, carved in relief and surrounded by small flowers, leaves and scrollwork. The curves of the letter intertwine with the floral elements, following the oval contours of the cameo.

A personal symbol becomes a miniature composition to wear: your own initial, that of someone you love, or a dedication whose meaning belongs only to the person who chooses it.

The Mother-of-Pearl

The cameo is crafted from genuine grey Tahitian mother-of-pearl, selected for its natural iridescence and the way it changes with the light.

As you tilt the ring, the grey background reveals silver, green, pink and violet reflections. Light moves across the surface, highlighting a stroke of the letter, a petal or a leaf in turn.

Each piece of mother-of-pearl has its own subtle shades: no two cameos are exactly alike. These variations are a natural characteristic of the material and make every ring unique.

The Cameo

In a cameo, the design rises in relief from the surface of the material.

The initial B and the floral motifs are carved by hand, working with the natural characteristics of the mother-of-pearl. The sweeping curves of the letter alternate with the delicate details of the flowers, creating a balance between the central initial and the ornament surrounding it.
